We all know these men and women, and I think we all recognize that we are fortunate to have their attention and service. Our collective thanks to all who were willing to stand for election, and our congratulations to the new representatives-elect, several of whom have served in years past.

Under the EFC Bylaws adopted last month, the 2003-05 term of service begins at the first meeting of the Council in September. The second item of business in September will be the election of 2003-04 officers. Represenatives-elect are encouraged to attend the EFC’s May 7 meeting, and outgoing representatives are encouraged to attend the September meeting.

Jim Moore
